Refund policy

Because every purchase directly funds free pregnancy care, all sales support our mission — but we want you to love what you ordered. Unworn, unwashed items with tags may be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, contact us through choicesaz.com or call (602) 368-4922 with your order number. Defective or misprinted items are replaced free of charge — send us a photo within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping for non-defective items is the customer's responsibility. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return. Final-sale items (stickers, clearance) are not returnable.
